Service Areas
Our delivery services currently cover more than 60 major countries and regions worldwide. However, due to the stability of our logistics channels, we are temporarily unable to deliver to certain conflict areas, regions with strict customs supervision, and remote islands. Delivery Time
All orders will be processed within 1-3 business days before shipment (only on business days) and will use top-level protective packaging. The standard shipping fee is $6.89 (including basic shipping insurance), and orders over $69.99 qualify for free shipping (only for regular-sized products). After shipment, delivery usually takes 7-15 business days.
Uncontrollable Factors
Delivery times may vary depending on the distance to the destination and the efficiency of customs clearance. After your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking email with the international logistics order number. We recommend checking the outer packaging upon receipt. If the box is severely damaged or deformed, please record a complete unboxing video and send it to support@duoslate.com within fifteen days of receiving your order. We will handle your after-sales service request promptly.
In cases of extreme weather during transportation (such as prolonged high temperatures or severe cold), packages may be delayed by 5-10 days. We recommend contacting customer service for confirmation.
Please note that we do not provide expedited delivery services. The estimated delivery time is based on the logistics information provided by our customer service team. If your package is not delivered on time, please contact us. Our customer service representatives will respond within 24 hours of shipment, up to 6 months.
