Return Policy

Thank you for choosing DUOSLATE. To ensure you have a hassle-free shopping experience, we have established the following guidelines:

Return Terms

Return Eligibility: You can request a return within 30 days of receiving the item. Please note that the return period for some items may vary. The item must be unused, free of scratches or cracks, and in its original packaging (including protective padding).

Required Evidence: You will need to provide your order number or electronic receipt along with any other relevant order details.

Return Process

Request Review: To request a return, please email support@duoslate.com and provide your order number, photos of the item's condition, and any other relevant information. We will respond within 24 hours with a return address and packaging instructions.

Damaged Item: If the item is damaged during shipping, you must record a complete unboxing video (clearly showing the condition of the outer packaging) within fifteen days of receiving the item.

Damage Proof Required: If you find that the product is damaged or has obvious scratches, please provide a video and 3-6 photos showing the damage from different angles.

Quick Response: Once responsibility is confirmed, you will receive a free replacement (subject to stock availability of the same model).

Special Terms for EU Customers

EU customers have the right to cancel or return their orders within 14 days without providing a reason.

Refund Details

Warehouse Verification: After receiving your returned goods, we will conduct a quality inspection within 3 working days.

Refund Process: Approved refunds will be processed through your original payment method within 5 working days. Please note that this time may be extended to 15 days depending on the payment method used.

Shipping Costs

Consumer-Initiated Returns: If the return is initiated voluntarily by the consumer, the consumer will bear the shipping costs. The specific amount depends on the courier you choose.

Damaged or Incorrect Items: If the goods received are damaged or incorrect due to our error, the consumer will not bear any return shipping costs.
